ABOUT

As a parent, you want your child's school experience to be more than just education — you want it to be a place where they are inspired to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. This is especially true for children in special education, where the right environment can make all the difference in their development.

Inspired Ability is dedicated to empowering your child's growth and inspiring their potential. The special education system should be a place of enrichment and inspiration, where every child has the opportunity to thrive.

As a Special Education Advocate, I partner with parents and schools to build an educational environment that is supportive, enriching, and inspiring for your child. From advocating for your child's needs to fostering collaboration with educators, I'm here to help create an environment where your child will grow, learn, and succeed.

Hello, I’m Jill, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & Special Education Advocate with a passion for empowering students and families served within the special education system. My journey in this field began in 2008 at The Kennedy Krieger Institute, where I started as a clinical assistant. From there, I taught at a nonpublic school for children with autism, honing my skills and deepening my commitment to providing high quality special education services.

Throughout my career, I have taken on roles such as Curriculum and Instructional Support Specialist, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director, and Special Education Coordinator in both school and clinic settings. These diverse experiences have shaped my commitment to providing high-quality educational supports and behavioral services that truly meet the needs of students with dynamic learning profiles. I am dedicated to ensuring that every student receives personalized, evidence-based services that empower their success in both academic and behavioral growth.

My services are grounded in a unique combination of experiences. This allows me to integrate evidence-based behavioral strategies with the educational framework necessary to support students within school systems. Having worked in clinical settings and directly within school districts, I understand the nuances of both environments, enabling me to help families navigate the transition from clinic to school or enhance existing educational supports.

I founded Inspired Ability to bridge the gap between families and schools, providing personalized advocacy and consultation services. My goal is to collaborate with ARD committees to provide each child with high-quality, individualized support that empowers them to thrive both academically and socially.
